LIFT: Building Family Resilience Workshop
The Building Family Resilience Workshop helps parents and carers strengthen relationships and improve communication, while ensuring children and adults feel safe, connected, and supported.

What to expect:
- members of our team will be there to welcome you when you arrive and will be happy to help if you are unsure where to go
- a quiet space is available should you need a few moments away from the group
- a relaxed, welcoming, and non-judgemental atmosphere
- practical strategies that you can take away and use at home
- opportunities to ask questions throughout the session
- a chance to meet other parents and carers
- tea, coffee, and refreshments will be provided, but please bring your own lunch
Here are just a few comments from parents who have attended previous workshops:
-
"I left feeling understood and less alone."
-
"The strategies were practical, realistic and easy to use at home."
-
"The facilitators were friendly, approachable and made everyone feel comfortable."
