There are a number of employee rewards and benefits schemes that you may be entitled to, which range from Lifestyle savings to pension schemes.
Please note some of these benefits may not apply to teachers and/or non NJC employees.
DCC Rewards Direct
We have a range of different employee benefits on offer to you as a new starter, and will be available to you within your first month.

We have developed the pay and grading structure to ensure that everyone employed by the council is recognised and rewarded for the contribution they make.
You will be paid on a monthly basis directly to a nominated bank account.
Annual leave should be calculated at the start of every leave year and each time a change in work pattern or hours occurs. The leave year for all employees coincides with the first day of their birth month.
