Are you looking for a way to feel better, meet new people, and explore the outdoors? Join our free weekly Wellbeing Walks, in partnership with Barod and Ramblers Cymru, for a relaxed and friendly way to:

  • enjoy nature
  • improve your physical and mental wellbeing
  • pick up new skills along the way

What to expect

With our Wellbeing Walks, you can expect:

  • friendly local walks to get started – then help us plan bigger adventures
  • to learn outdoor skills like navigation, with the chance to earn certificates
  • support and guidance from experts at Ramblers Cymru
  • rewards for attending regularly
  • a relaxed, welcoming space to meet others – bring a friend if you’d like!
  • all the proven wellbeing benefits of being outside in nature
We walk in all weathers – so dress for the conditions and come along for the journey

Who can attend?

Our Wellbeing Walks are open to Denbighshire residents of all fitness levels aged 18 to 25 years old, whether you're job hunting or just curious about what's out there. 

When and where does the next jobs fair take place?

Wellbeing Walks take place every Thursday at 3:30pm, and start out at Rhyl library.

How to get involved

Anyone can turn up, no appointment is needed, Wellbeing Walks are completely free to attend.
