Tuesday 6pm to 8pm: junior session for young people aged 11 or over and in school years 7 and 8.
Wednesday 6pm to 8pm: senior session for young people in school years 9 and above up to 17 years old.

Junior session

July 2026

7 July: Outdoor games

Young people will take part in outdoor games such as rounders, tug of war or football.

14 July: Scavenger hunt

Young people will take part in a scavenger hunt, where they will have to work in teams and race to find everything on the list first. Bonus points for the best of each team too.

22 July: Summer break, week 1 - Prestatyn Big Summer Hangout

Young people can come together for fun, games and food with the Youth Team, Community Resilience Team, Denbighshire Leisure Ltd. and others.

28 July to 30 July: Summer break, week 2 - Denbighshire Youth Service (DYS) Summer Camp

In the fourth, annual summer camp from 28 to 30 July, young people from across all of our youth clubs can come together for a two-night, outdoor camping experience.

Young people can come together for fun, games and food with the Youth Team, Community Resilience Team, Denbighshire Leisure Ltd. and others.

8 September: Welcome back and quiz

Young people will be welcomed back to the club with a catch-up with the youth and an interactive quiz night.

15 September: Woodwork skills with Gerry - part 1

Young people will have the chance to design and build their own birdbox.

22 September: Woodwork skills with Gerry - part 2

Young people will have the chance to design and build their own birdbox.

29 September: Planning for our outside spaces

Young people will explore designs to improve the youth centre’s outside space and other projects in Denbighshire.

Young people to compete in different Pool competitions both Individually and in teams including Killer pool, Winner stays on & Stopwatch Skills.

Young people will explore designs to improve the youth centre’s outside space and other projects in Denbighshire.

30 September: Big Games Night

Young people will take part in and challenge the youth team to games like giant Kerplunk, Guess Who? and Yahtzee.

If you’re not already registered with us, you must fill in the form below to be able to attend our youth clubs. Children and young people under the age of 13 will need to ask a parent or carer to fill in the form.

You can choose to change the language to English or Welsh on the form page.

Once you have completed the form, you don’t need to wait to hear from us and you can join the next available session at any club you want to visit.
