Empty Homes Assistance

We are looking to bring empty homes back into use. We are focusing on long term empty homes which have been unoccupied for more than 6 months and properties with no viable plan to bring them back into use.

Empty homes grant

There are re-payable grants available to pay for up to 50% (maximum £10,000) of the cost of works to bring the property back into use. The refurbished property must be available for 3 years at local housing allowance rates. Other conditions apply.

Who is the grant for?

If you own an empty home in Denbighshire or if you know of an empty home in the county which is causing a nuisance, please tell us about it as it may qualify for funding.
