Weeds from your garden can usually be placed in the green garden waste bin or taken to the Recycling Park as garden waste (not chargeable).
Certain non-native weeds are harmful and invasive to the environment. These include:
- Broad-leaved Dock
- Common Ragwort
- Creeping Thistle
- Curled Dock
- Giant Hogwort
- Himalayan Balsam
- Japanese Knotweed
- Spear Thistle
Do not put these in your garden waste bin. Please contact a specialist waste contractor.
