A to Z Recycling Guide

What do I do with..?

We throw away all sorts of items from our homes every day. There are lots of things that are thrown in the bin that can actually be recycled, such as clothes and electrical items. So before you bin it, have a look through this handy A to Z guide to help you recycle as much as you can and to dispose of your waste safely.

Recycling and waste changes

From June 2024, we are introducing changes to recycling and waste collections, including new containers and weekly collections for your recyclable materials.

An information pack will be delivered with your new bins from 23 February 2024. The information pack will provide details about your new containers, what goes where and how the service changes will affect your household.

Our 'A to Z Recycling Guide' will reflect these changes from Monday 3 June 2024.
