This directory is designed to be used by people and their families who are looking for care and support, as well as health and social care professionals. It provides information about a range of individual micro-providers and the services they offer.

Denbighshire County Council has supported individuals to access a development programme to help them set up and manage their own services. This programme is intended to build skills and confidence in delivering support within the community. Participation in this programme does not constitute accreditation, approval or confirmation of legal or regulatory compliance.

All micro-providers listed have completed a self-declaration relating to aspects such as training and business arrangements. The Council undertakes basic checks such as DBS and insurance, however inclusion on the directory does not constitute confirmation of full legal or regulatory compliance.

It is important to be aware that inclusion on this directory does not mean that a micro-provider has been accredited, approved or endorsed by Denbighshire County Council. The Council does not recommend or match individuals to specific providers.

Micro-providers may share updates about their availability; however, this information is self-reported and may change. You should contact providers directly to confirm availability and suitability.

You will be purchasing services or support directly from the provider. It is your responsibility to ensure that the arrangement meets your needs and to understand any legal, tax or employment implications, including whether the arrangement is one of employment or self-employment.

It is strongly recommended that you speak to or meet providers before making any arrangements, to ensure they can deliver support in the way you want.
