As long as you display your permit clearly in your vehicle, you will not need to buy pay and display tickets to park at these car parks.

How do I apply for a permit?

Apply online for a long stay or seasonal parking permit

If you are 60 years of age or more, and you live in Denbighshire, you will be charged a reduced fee for your beach car park permit.

Reduced-rate car park permits can be purchased from our One Stop Shops. Customers renewing a reduced-rate permit can also buy it over the phone by calling Customer Services on 01824 706000.

The first time that you apply for a reduced-rate permit, we will need a copy of your vehicle registration document as well as a copy of one of the following:

  • driving licence
  • birth certificate (plus proof of residence, for example, a utility bill with your address on it)
  • passport (plus proof of residence)
  • Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) entitlement to retirement pension

How much does it cost?

Beach car park permits cost £80 per permit per year. Replacements for lost or stolen permits cost £5.

If you are 60 years of age or more you will be charged a reduced fee of £50.

If you change your vehicle, you must return your permit to us and we will give you a replacement. There is no charge for this.
